Wandora is a general purpose knowledge extraction, management, and publishing application based on Java and Topic Maps. Wandora is capable to classify text fragments using tags provided by the OpenCalais. Wandora converts provided tags and classified texts to Topic Maps format enabling knowledge mashups for example.
