Getting wrong data for entity count.

I'm getting wrong data for the 'count' value in the simple format. For example this article (accessed through Spotlight with Open Calais simple output):

Isn't really about the editor David Fogarty at all. In fact his name only appears in the by-line at the very bottom. However I'm getting a count of '6' for him:

< Person count="6" > David Fogarty < / Person >*

But he's only mentioned once in the article. Could someone look into this?

*(spaces are inserted because i can't get the markup to show in the forum otherwise)

I've made the following call to Spotlight

which returned this output (shortened to the article in question):

(the wrong count can be found at line 68, also it raised to 10 while the article was being updated by Reuters)

Maybe this is a problem on Spotlight's end but the last time I was asking something about the entity output I was sort of sent here (the bug in the NaturalDisaster entity).

Hi,
We will update Open Calais version tomorrow. This will include some bug fixes in Simple Format Output.
I recommend you try this tomorrow evening US time and if it still happens I will ask you to try this directly using Calais API.
A simple test using Open Calais directly without any development can be with our submission tool http://www.opencalais.com/node/307.

We have investigated this further and it seems we have found a bug in our software. I will update later on when this bug will be fixed.
