Proxy Authentication error

Proxy Authentication error

When I try running the sumbission tool over a simple TXT of HTML file, it fails. The error message in the failed files is- 'System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required.'
Any ideas why this is happening?

Kstone -

It sounds as if you're not using an API key for your content submissions to OpenCalais. Take a look at www/opencalais.com/getstarted and follow the instructions. Your API key will be emailed to you.

I am using the API key that was provided to me in February.
