Fewer Social Tags?

I just ran a test of one of the Calais examples for extracting an Anniversary:
Commission of Spain on the first anniversary of the train bombings in Madrid that took 200 lives. The office of Serbian President Boris Tadic today said he will attend the 10th anniversary of the massacre of Bosnian Muslims by Serbian troops.
When I ran this against Calais v4.3 back on 2010-02-08, I got the following Social Tags: Boris Tadic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Geography, Europe, Politics, Bosnian Genocide, Ethnic cleansing, War_Conflict, Politics, Religion_Belief.
But when I ran it today against Calais v4.3 (with many updates I'm sure), I got the following Social Tags: War_Conflict, Politics, Religion_Belief.
So "Boris Tadic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Geography, Europe, Bosnian Genocide, Ethnic cleansing" are all no longer returned Social Tags for the same text. I have noticed this on some other documents as well. Is that expected?
