API key not received

API key not received

 Hi,
 
I'm having trouble getting an API key.  All looks good, I get the "Congratulations! Your API key has been emailed to you" message, but I never get the email.  I've checked my spam folders, but found nothing.
 
Could you take a look please?

Apologies for the elves' misbehavior. We had sent 3 emails in response to your key requests and cannot tell why they vaporized.

We've sent you a direct email with your API key in it and understand you've received it.
