Server giving Apache Tomcat errors "An earlier attempt to initialize the calais-logic module has already failed: "

Just wanted to let you know that twice today(not all attempts) I have received an error msg similar to the one included below. I got this one just before 6pm eastern time today.
This was given back to my drupal site making a call to process a new node/page

Never got a response here :-( But I'll update in case someone wanders across this entry.
But issue was covered and closed as fixed in another thread in a diff section.

At the moment it is happening rather frequently, may 40-50% of submissions get the error msg. But so far in almost all cases, if I re-submit it works the second time. In one case I had to re-submit twice. But it did finally process. My current batch of submissions happened primarily between 6:30 & 7:30pm eastern (USA) tiem
