 Dear Calais Team,

do you have any figures on Calais usage, as for example registered users, daily transactions or the number of applications where Calais is integrated?

Hi Markus -- yes; thanks for asking.

- Approximately 6,000 individuals have joined the OpenCalais community since our launch in late January of this year.
- Approximately 1.5 million content 'transactions' are now conducted through the Calais Web service every day.
- We know of some 40 or so Calais applications, and continue to hear from companies that are integrating Calais into their underlying platforms on a regular basis.
