Economic depression vs Medical Depression

Ok the economy is bad and that is depressing but is it possible to have opencalais distinguish between Economic Depression and Medical Depression?

Much of the news these days about the economy gets tagged under "Medical Condition" as "Depression". This is not what most people would want or expect.
