Hedgehogs.net is a Social Application Platform supporting collaboration amongst the alternative investmant management community and those who supply them with content, analytics, services and software.

Hedgehogs.net provides the means to collate information and content resources, to share and discuss investment hypetheses, tools and services; and will shortly provide a secondary marketplace for content, services, embeddable applications and analytics, as well as providing a viral delivery channel for Software as a Service.

Hedgehogs.net uses Open Calais to automatically generate Tags for content across the entire spectrum of types, allowing all such content to be searched and navigated via tag search or Tag visualisations within the site. Each Tag also has its own RSS feed, allowing users to subscribe and be notified whenever new content with that Tag is contributed.

Hedgehogs.net's Social RSS capability automatically indexes content delivered through users subscribed RSS feeds, meaning content from a vast range of sources is included within the search space, making it a powerful means of managing your subscriptions and navigating through related content.
